Job summary

Unique Dental Scheduling is seeking a remote call-center agent to handle a steady stream of calls, scheduling appointments for dental practices across North America. You will be trained to meet standard call metrics and deliver courteous, accurate service while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, Spanish/English fluency, 1–2 years of customer service, and reliable high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year post-high-school education preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer-service experience required; phone-based experience highly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls within 3 seconds or less.
• Complete a standard call within 5 minutes.
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service at all times.
• Manage time efficiently while on and off the phone.
• Prioritize tasks and calls by importance.
• Respond cooperatively to constructive criticism.
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments; no clinical advice will be given over the phone.
• Maintain a distraction‑free work environment.
