Job summary

Incisive is hiring an Onboarding & Training Specialist to own initial customer lifecycle activities, from scanner delivery through first successful cases. You will be the main contact for new practices, guiding them through a structured onboarding program and ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state usage.

This highly visible, hands-on role requires in-depth knowledge of digital restorative workflows and a strong instructional presence, with hours aligned to Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in onboarding, training, or clinical/digital enablement.
• Dental technology or dental practice experience required.
• Hands-on familiarity with intraoral scanning workflows; Sirios X3, Trios, or ICAM a plus.
• Clear communicator with strong instructional presence; comfortable leading live virtual training and clinical guidance.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours (required).
• Bonus: ICAM / photogrammetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new practices from scanner delivery through first successful cases and handoff to steady-state.
• Guide practices through a structured onboarding program with clear milestones, adapting delivery to each practice’s staff structure, learning style, and pace.
• Create and configure lab accounts; coordinate directly with lab partners on practice preferences, case workflows, and submission requirements.
• Ensure practices understand Incisive’s value proposition, quality standards, and how the lab network operates.
• Facilitate change management with dentists and practice leaders to build buy-in for digital workflow adoption.
