Job summary

Dandy in Provo is seeking a Trainer to lead onboarding and upskilling programs for our growing dental tech team. You will develop and update curriculum, partner with Instructional Design, and align training with the needs of a fast-moving startup.

The role emphasizes adult learning theory, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable steps. You’ll support weekend shifts and collaborate with operations, quality, and training stakeholders to drive ongoing

Responsibilities

Create, streamline and maintain technical training programs from onboarding new hires through to upskilling.
Work closely with the Instructional Design team to ensure all job aids and e-Content is up to date and adds value to the learner and/ or trainer.
Collaborate with operations managers, quality teams, training and other stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.
Think outside the box to meet the needs of constant operational growth
Support the mentor program to ensure success in role upon completion of training efforts for both new and upskilled technicians.
Ensure ongoing support for weekend shifts for all Provo staff
