Job summary

Imagine Orthodontic Studio is seeking an Orthodontic Clinical Training Specialist to translate clinical strategies into actionable training modules and manage a 90-day onboarding lifecycle. You will provide real-time chairside coaching and lead regional continuing education initiatives across multiple studio locations.

The role requires expert orthodontic mechanics, digital workflows, and prior training experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Education, or related field with 3+ years orthodontic clinical experience.
• High School Diploma with 7+ years elite orthodontic clinical experience as equivalent.
• Expert orthodontic mechanics and digital workflows proficiency.
• Proven training or clinical lead experience in orthodontics.
• Willingness to travel regionally to multiple studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical instruction and curriculum delivery for regional teams.
• Manage 90-day onboarding and chairside mentorship for new staff.
• Conduct competency evaluations and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate to refine protocols based on field feedback and audits.
