Job summary

Curve Dental is seeking a proactive onboarding specialist to partner with Dental Service Organization accounts, guiding best-practice onboarding of Curve Hero software. You will lead discussions, coordinate data conversion, and craft customized training curriculums while working closely with project management, data services, and training teams.

You will ensure successful onboarding, maintain ongoing client relationships, and contribute to long-term partnerships by delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service and project management experience.
• Experience with medical or dental software preferred.
• Experience using teleconferencing and meeting web technologies.
• Ability to professionally present and train with confidence to high level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Positioning with offices at early stages to discover needs and plan onboarding projects.
• Oversee tasks and coordinate delivery with project management, data services and training teams.
• Serve as liaison between PMs, Conversions Technicians and Trainers to maintain an optimal workflow and clear communication.
• Identify barriers during onboarding; assess risks and implement best solutions.
• Lead client management discussions to outline current processes and best practices for training.
• Develop training materials and curricula in multiple media (flip books, webinars, videos, tutorials).
• Coordinate onsite live support for final onboarding steps with appropriate staffing.
• Maintain long-term relationships through account management and collect product feedback.
