Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-location practices is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Proven skill in building systems that create accountability and consistency.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full patient journey from initial contact through treatment and recall.
• Drive revenue growth, EBITDA, and overall practice profitability.
• Manage accounts receivable, billing processes, and collections.
• Develop and refine operational workflows, SOPs, and accountability systems.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members and department leaders.
• Implement KPIs and scorecards to align organizational performance.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, facility needs, and practice technology.
• Collaborate with marketing to align patient growth with clinical capacity.
