eAssist is the nation's largest outsourced dental billing company, offering Success Consultant roles you can perform from your home office. Responsibilities include collecting payments, posting adjustments, submitting clean claims, and following up on aging claims.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dedicated experience and a reliable home setup. We provide coaching, support from a Team Leader, and opportunities to grow in a flexible, home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in dental billing or related field.
• Self-directed, capable of working independently.
• Dedicated workspace, reliable computer, printer and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Collect 100% of amounts owed and submit clean claims within 24 hours of batching.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately within 24 hours.
• Follow up on aged claims every 14 days until resolved (30+ days).
• Gather insurance verification information and support offices with billing needs.
