eAssist, the nation's largest outsourced dental billing company, seeks Independent Contractor Success Consultants to provide orthodontic and dental billing from home. You will support clients with orthodontic and dental billing, insurance verification, patient billing, and posting payments.

This role emphasizes entrepreneurship and independence, partnering with Lead Success Consultants to establish efficient processes and deliver brand promises.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dedicated orthodontic billing experience, most recently within the last 12 months.
• Must work from a dedicated home office with reliable internet and hardware.
• Proficient in posting payments and adjustments from EOBs.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and manage scheduling and billing processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental billing, orthodontic billing, patient billing, and insurance verification services for clients.
• Assist offices by reducing workload and stress, enabling focus on patient care.
• Maintain brand promises, communicate with clients, and develop efficient billing processes.
• Operate as a home-based consultant with leadership and collaboration with team leads.
