eAssist Dental Solutions is hiring motivated professionals for remote dental billing roles. All positions start part-time with growth opportunities to full-time within six months, with some daytime availability required.

Earn $40,000–$80,000+ annually in a full-time path, with 100% remote work and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include managing insurance claims, reducing denials, posting payments, and generating reports for dental offices.

Qualifications

• At least one year of dental billing experience (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage insurance claims to maximize reimbursement.
• Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation.
• Post payments, pull EFTs, and generate financial reports for assigned offices.
• Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns.
• Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.
