Job summary

eAssist Dental Solutions is seeking Insurance Verification Success Consultants to work remotely from the United States. Start part-time with potential to grow to full-time, earning commission-based income and possibly $25,000–$50,000+ annually once full-time status is achieved.

You’ll verify insurance coverage and document benefits before patient visits, supporting practices nationwide. Initial roles include hourly pay at state minimum wage as an advance toward commissions, with room for career

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent dental insurance verification experience within the past two years.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance benefits, terminology, coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining benefits.
• Experience working with dental practice management software
• Some daytime flexibility Monday through Friday for daily office responsibilities, meetings and communication with insurance companies.
• Dedicated workspace, printer, high-speed internet, and a computer that meets hardware/software requirements
• Comfortable using Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Complete all insurance verifications with 100% accuracy at least 2 business days before the patient's appointment
• Verify that all insurance data in the client's PMS is accurate
• Accurately enter coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining balances into the client's PMS
• Attach the insurance breakdown in the client's PMS images, Doc Center, or SmartDocs
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, dental offices, and eAssist team members
• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting required turnaround times and quality standards
