Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Dental Area Sales Executive for the Midwest to join a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role will drive regional sales strategy across the Midwest, focusing on growing adoption among group practices and emerging dental organizations.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, coach sales teams, negotiate with manufacturers, and use data to track performance. Compensation is disclosed and collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in professional sales
• 5+ years of management experience leading sales and operations teams across multiple regions
• Proven track record of successful sales results and business initiative development
• Strong understanding of dental organization structures, including NDSOs and LDSOs
• Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce and data analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with regional managers and field sales consultants for new accounts
• Present tailored solutions to key decision-makers in group practices and emerging dental organizations
• Negotiate improved pricing with manufacturers to enhance profit margins
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategies
• Train regional managers and field sales consultants to improve customer relationship management and sales initiatives
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track engagement with Salesforce and Power BI
• Lead educational sessions to raise awareness of private group practice needs
