Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking an Area Sales Executive for the Midwest to drive sales growth across Private Practice, Group Practice and Emerging DSO accounts. You will collaborate with Regional General Managers and Field Sales Consultants to develop strategies, present value propositions, and grow partnerships across multiple dental segments.

Travel up to 50% is required as you manage key accounts, negotiate terms, train teams, and lead promotional programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with increasing responsibility in dental/medical distribution.
• 5+ years managing sales and operations across regions.
• Experience leading field sales teams and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies with RGMs and FSCs to secure PVAs/CPAs.
• Present Henry Schein Dental’s value proposition to Group Practices and Emerging DSOs.
• Negotiate pricing with manufacturers to improve margins and strengthen partnerships.
• Lead educational sessions and represent Henry Schein at tradeshows and events.
