Job summary

Clipboard, a remote-first dental staffing marketplace, seeks an Account Executive to grow the footprint by adding dental offices to the platform. You will own the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to activation—prospecting, pitching, handling objections, negotiating, and closing with no ceiling to your results.

The role requires resilience on the phone, clear communication with English-speaking clients, and a track record of generating self-sourced leads while managing a complete pipeline.

Qualifications

• Willingness to hustle / lack of fear.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing with experience communicating with English-speaking clients.
• Proven experience in a sales role where you were responsible for generating your own leads.
• Demonstrated experience managing your own pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle.
• Stable high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling dental offices that have not yet posted shifts to introduce them to Clipboard's staffing services
• Clearly articulating the value proposition of the platform and overcoming objections to drive new office activations
• Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through onboarding — ensuring a smooth transition for new offices onto the platform
• Leading price negotiation conversations with dental office decision-makers
• Building and managing your own pipeline, consistently following up with leads and maintaining organized records of outreach activity
• Persisting through longer sales cycles and re-engaging offices over time to convert them into active customers
