Job summary

Clipboard is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our dental worker network across markets and onboard new talent to the platform.

You will articulate the app's value, build strong relationships with dental workers, and work closely with dental offices to fill shifts quickly while operating remotely. Strong written and verbal communication, hustle, and persistence are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to hustle / lack of fear.
• Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads and sourcing new dental workers through online platforms and job portals
• Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to prospective dental workers
• Going deep with dental workers to uncover their needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
• Establishing credibility and rapport with dental workers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
• Being the go-to point of contact for dental workers who need help onboarding onto the app and booking their first shift
• Working hard to fill new and urgent shifts quickly in your assigned markets, which means working closely with both dental workers and dental offices
