Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Account Manager to grow and retain its healthcare provider relationships across its app-based marketplace. You will nurture current users, understand their needs, and ensure their ongoing success on the platform.

You will operate remotely, communicating with English-speaking providers, and you will work to fill urgent shifts while expanding market presence across assigned regions. This role emphasizes initiative, customer focus, and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of the app to current users to drive engagement and expansion.
• Deeply understand providers' evolving needs and challenges to help them succeed on Clipboard.
• Establish credibility and rapport with providers and demonstrate strong app knowledge.
• Be the go-to contact for users needing help navigating the app, resolving issues, and maximizing value.
• Help fill new and urgent shifts in assigned markets.
