Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning process across markets, translating commercial strategy, trends, and historical performance into a clear, accurate demand plan. You will coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Operations to ensure alignment on what products are needed, where, when, and in what quantities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 7+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP.
• Experience forecasting across multiple products/markets/channels.
• Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into decisions.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies, inventory planning, and IBP/S&OP.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/BI tool experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling demand forecast across markets, categories, brands, and SKUs.
• Develop 12-month demand plan with detailed near-term planning.
• Translate sales, POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and market inputs into forecasts.
• Create forecasting methodologies based on product lifecycle and market maturity.
• Lead demand-review meetings and resolve gaps between forecasts.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and actions to teams.
• Manage new product forecasting, launches, cannibalization, ramp-up/ramp-down.
• Identify demand/supply gaps and quantify revenue/inventory impact.
• Oversee promotions, price changes, market expansions, and product discontinuations.
• Lead handoffs to supply chain planners; use AI to enhance processes.
