Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Production Scheduler to own the day-to-day and week-to-week production schedule. You will turn demand and supply plans into executable schedules, balancing labor, materials, inventory, quality, safety, and compliance across many SKUs.

You will serve as the central decision-maker for production sequencing, coordinating with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Quality. This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, changeover optimization, and data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment as a Production Supervisor or similar supply chain and procurement experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuite; Tableau and state tracking systems are a plus.
• Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Master Production Schedule across all product categories.
• Convert monthly plans into detailed weekly/daily schedules by department.
• Sequence production to optimize throughput and minimize changeovers.
• Coordinate production timing with regulatory and QA requirements.
• Track metrics like schedule adherence and inventory accuracy.
