Job summary

Carenet-Health- is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive integrated marketing programs that fuel engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. You will manage campaign execution, HubSpot administration, reporting, and ABM support, coordinating with Digital Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and Revenue Operations.

The role emphasizes owning multi-channel campaigns, data standards, and performance insights to continuously improve lead conversion and marketing contribution to revenue.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation.
• Advanced HubSpot experience, including workflows, campaigns, reporting, segmentation, and automation.
• Experience building and executing email marketing and nurture programs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and revenue operations, managing multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, digital, content, webinars, events, and nurture programs.
• Build and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, campaign assets, segmentation, and automation.
• Coordinate campaign launches, timelines, deliverables, and the marketing campaign calendar across internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Maintain campaign tracking, naming conventions, marketing data standards, CRM cleanup activities, database health initiatives, lead routing, lifecycle stages, workflow updates, and campaign attribution.
• Troubleshoot campaign execution, marketing automation, and reporting issues to ensure campaigns and systems operate efficiently.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and weekly or monthly reports that track campaign, funnel, pipeline, and revenue performance.
