Orkes is redefining business process orchestration. The Demand Generation Manager will design multi-channel campaigns across digital channels, leveraging ABM, and partnering with SDRs to accelerate pipeline growth.

This role focuses on optimizing paid search, LinkedIn advertising, and in-person events to connect with target accounts. We value hands-on experience with HubSpot and 6Sense, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of driving pipeline in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with paid search and LinkedIn Ads; ABM experience; strong data-driven decision making.
• Experience planning in-person events and trade shows with measurable lead impact.
• B2B SaaS marketing background with a track record of pipeline growth.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, 6Sense and other Martech tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels (paid search, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Partner with SDRs to drive ABM programs for high-value accounts.
• Own pipeline goals and ensure marketing-driven leads contribute to revenue.
• Plan and execute in-person events with strong ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft resonant campaigns.
