Saltbox is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to design and scale our demand engine. In a remote, player-coach role, you will define strategy across channels, build launch playbooks for new markets, and lead a lean team while hands-on driving initiatives.

You will own the pipeline, optimize paid and owned channels, and collaborate with Revenue Ops to keep lead scoring accurate. This role offers a base salary in a broad range, reflecting location and market norms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 2 years managing people.
• Experience owning a lead and revenue number (MQLs, SQLs).
• A market launch or cross-channel campaign you planned and ran, with metrics to back it up.
• Strong campaign analytics across paid, organic, website, and email.
• Comfortable as a player-coach, hands-on yourself while the team is small.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement demand generation strategy across owned, paid, and partner channels.
• Own go-to-market campaigns for new markets and buildings from plan through results.
• Coach and manage direct reports as the team scales; oversee agencies and internal team.
• Own marketing pipeline metrics and report to leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops to ensure accurate lead scoring and funnel stages.
