Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical engagement with our largest customers. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and services to accelerate adoption and ensure value realization across Databricks workloads.

You will drive executive relationships, orchestrate teams, and own a plan to move use cases from onboarding to production and healthy consumption. Strong data engineering, architecture, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical project delivery in Data/AI domains.
• Proficient in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and value attribution.
• Strong program/project management and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple selling teams.
• Own escalation handling for production/go-live issues.
• Coordinate with PS resources for delivery proposals and onboarding.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, and risks.
