Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Delivery Manager – Design to lead BAS and EPMS design projects for mission-critical facilities. You will guide a team of Project Managers, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and collaborate closely with BAS engineers and consultant partners.

The role emphasizes governance, standardized frameworks, and proactive risk management to maintain high performance and client satisfaction while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of PM experience with large delivery teams is preferred.
• Experience with MEP design and mission-critical facilities is essential.
• Experience using Procore or Autodesk Forma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers delivering BAS and EPMS design projects as an MEP consultant.
• Drive governance, processes, and standardize delivery frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio health and proactively address risks and schedule milestones.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary client contact when needed.
