Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead large-scale IT transformation initiatives. This role combines project leadership with Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and executives to ensure successful outcomes.

You will manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies while driving continuous process improvements. Remote-friendly work policy applies, with opportunities for growth and professional development within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive project leadership experience.
• PMP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from intake through production support, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile delivery leader, facilitating ceremonies and coaching stakeholders.
• Deliver Salesforce Agentforce and AI-enabled solutions, translating requirements into secure, scalable outcomes.
• Drive discovery and backlog refinement, converting initiatives into prioritized epics, features, and user stories.
• Coordinate technical dependencies, environments, risks, and release activities to support delivery.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and post-production validation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear executive communications on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Establish Agile governance, track delivery metrics and RAID, and report on health and business value.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and automation.
