First Citizens is seeking a senior Agile Delivery Lead to guide a team of Scrum Masters across Infrastructure Engineering. This remote role may be hired in Arizona, North Carolina, or Texas, and focuses on building scalable Agile capabilities across platform engineering, network, data, and digital workplace technology.

You will establish measurable objectives, implement governance, and drive data-driven delivery to improve predictability, throughput, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years leading agile delivery in technology or infrastructure domains.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ITSM tools, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio of Scrum Masters across infrastructure engineering.
• Define and implement Agile delivery strategies to improve predictability and transparency.
• Establish governance, metrics, and dashboards to monitor capacity, risks, and delivery health.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align priorities and optimize backlog management.
• Guide platform modernization, cloud migrations, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
