Job summary
Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. This remote role involves leading multiple teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality solutions and successful onboarding of new customers.
The position requires 10+ years in software delivery with strong leadership and program-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience in software delivery or program management.
- Experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related.
- Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for customer and executive audiences.
- Experience managing matrixed teams and multi-vendor environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client-facing delivery lead for technology issues and project delivery.
- Manage expectations, scope, risks, and ensure timely, quality outcomes across teams.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff on processes and best practices.
- Oversee SDLC, release and change management, and maintain solution quality and compliance.
