Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid. You will lead multiple teams, ensure delivery quality, and maintain patient-focused outcomes in a fully remote role with occasional travel up to 25%.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive delivery processes, onboarding, and governance while upholding compliance and lifecycle standards for a COTS

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in software delivery with 5+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to customer and executive audiences.
• Experience managing and supporting matrixed teams.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of: SDLC, requirements gathering and verification, release and change management, application maintenance and defect remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the point of contact and client interface for project technology related issues.
• Manage project expectations, evaluate project needs, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure program needs are met with respect to urgency and priority.
• Develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; seeks opportunities to add value to internal and external client initiatives.
• Review all project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy meet project, stakeholder, and contractual standards.
• Execute all project management functions including work breakdown and cost estimation, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of technical progress against defined timetables and budgets, and staff assignment and development.
• Lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services while ensuring that assigned projects adhere to the approved life cycle work patterns, standards, and procedures for solution delivery.
• Define and implement development plans for assigned projects.
• Typically responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
• Ensure staff is knowledgeable on the applications and technologies in use on the project and that project team understands and follows processes and procedures.
• Provide detailed direction during various stages of the lifecycle to include requirements analysis, testing, and potentially programming support.
• Identify and assess new functional capabilities supporting engineering change proposals and additional follow on work.
• Identify, track, manage, and communicate risks and issues with stakeholders and upper management.
• Coordinate, prepare, and manage technical presentations and functional demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
