Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. This fully remote role requires up to 25% travel and involves managing multiple teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.

You will partner with managers, analysts, developers and operations staff to ensure consistent delivery, effective processes, and successful onboarding of new State Medicaid customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; PMP preferred.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise software or healthcare systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client interface for project issues and expectations.
• Oversee delivery of application development, systems integration, and infrastructure services.
• Guide staff and teams through SDLC, change, and release processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, Medicaid, security and regulatory requirements.
