• Cultivate strong client relationships and act as the talent sourcing expert focusing on performance and ROI.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and evaluate new sourcing technology and tools.
• Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands.
• Implement new processes to support strategic sourcing and drive efficiencies.
• Develop recruiting plans and analytics to track team progress and achievements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
