Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within sourcing/recruiting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Experience with Boolean search strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sourcers and senior consultants.
• Cultivate relationships with client teams and act as sourcing expert.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
