Qualifications

• 2 years' managerial experience in a sourcing or recruiting environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Boolean strings and social mining sourcing techniques.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, coach, lead, and develop a team of sourcers and consultants.
• Cultivate relationships with client teams and act as sourcing expert for ROI-focused results.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
