Job summary

The role is remote, based in the United States, with responsibilities spanning multiple states. You will hire, coach, and lead talent, and champion innovative sourcing tools to meet growing demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years’ managerial experience in sourcing/recruiting environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop/manage a team.
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, coach, lead, and develop a team of sourcers and manage workflow.
• Cultivate relationships with client teams and act as sourcing expert.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with priorities.
• Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet demand.
