Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Delivery Director, MiraCloud Implementations, to lead and assure successful MiraCloud deployments for enterprise clients. You will drive delivery governance, scale PMO practices, and partner with Customer Success and executive sponsors to achieve outcomes.

We expect 15+ years in IT delivery or related leadership, plus proven ability to lead multi-engagement programs, manage executives, and grow a delivery organization in CX/CCaaS/SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT delivery or program leadership experience.
• Experience leading PMO teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in CX/CCaaS/SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MiraCloud implementations with expected scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Oversee Project Managers and ensure governance and standards.
• Build and scale the delivery practice and ensure profitability.
• Maintain executive-level relationships and manage escalations.
