You will own client onboarding, platform delivery, and ongoing support for measurement clients, partnering with Account Management and Solutions Engineering to configure, deliver, and maintain dashboards and data assets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational skills managing multiple client accounts.
• Comfort working with data platforms, ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), and technical concepts such as pixels, tags, and data mapping.
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort learning new internal platforms and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering.
• A proactive, QA-focused mindset with an interest in building repeatable, scalable delivery processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Schedule onboarding calls with clients and define measurement scope and expectations.
• Submit onboarding tickets and coordinate with Solutions Engineers for setup items.
• Build and maintain custom audiences within the platform.
• Own creative fingerprinting for measurement as captured in the client’s onboarding workbook.
• Validate metadata mapping before building client deliverables.
• Open and manage tickets for pixel QA and escalations with Account Management when needed.
• Build and deliver platform dashboards and reporting decks as per contract templates.
• Support troubleshooting of platform issues including data discrepancies and access problems.
• Stay informed on account plans, renewals, and upsell opportunities to flag risk or growth.
