Total Expert is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead data mapping, ingestion and implementation for customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding. You will guide customers through best practices, validate data quality, and drive scalable solutions across the platform.

The role blends technical troubleshooting of flat files and API integrations with documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business Analyst or comparable technical role.
• 3-5 years of experience required, SaaS preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment.
• Proficient using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, review and interpret large amounts of data.
• Experience structuring large data sets from a complex data model to find usable information.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during data import and implementation, creating necessary documentation and guiding through best practices.
• Review import files for accurate field mapping, data content and formatting.
• Perform QA on data after imports or API integration.
• Document and review implementation processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
• Utilize AI systems to enhance processes and drive project efficiency.
• Become an expert on the Total Expert platform, integrations and data interdependencies.
• Manage documentation repositories and create best-practice documents.
• Liaise across the organization regarding relationships, systems and procedures.
• Use project tracking methodologies to manage multiple projects through lifecycle.
• Serve as the project manager for customer API projects from start to finish.
