Job summary

Visible is hiring a Financial Analyst for Services and Onboarding in a remote-friendly role across the US. The position supports venture capital firms with portfolio data collection and integrity, while leading improvements to internal AI tooling and workflows.

You will ingest, transform, and map data from Excel, PDF, and CSV formats, verify accuracy, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product Support to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience working with financial and operational data in finance/accounting/business context.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and working with software applications (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ingesting and processing portfolio data provided by portfolio companies to venture capital firms.
• Extracting, transforming, and mapping raw data from formats (Excel, PDF, CSV) into structured data.
• Verifying data accuracy against source documentation.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product Support to ensure data workflows.
• Taking ownership of internal AI agent workflows and prompt design for automation.
• Testing, evaluating, and refining prompt structures and automation protocols.
• Working closely with engineering, product, and operations to scale AI usage in workflows.
• Providing reactive and proactive support to customers on product-related questions.
