Job summary

Data Meaning is hiring a mid-level Delivery Manager to own day-to-day client engagements from kickoff through close. You will run two to four concurrent projects, handling scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication in a fully remote US setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, collaboration with Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while following firm processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience.
• At least 3–5 years as a project or delivery manager on client engagements.
• Consulting or professional-services background strongly preferred.
• Proven success running more than one engagement at a time with estimation, planning, budgeting, RAID, status, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong command of delivery fundamentals: estimation, planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Experience tracking project financials (budget vs. forecast, margin, utilization).
• Fluency with common PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com) and Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• AI fluent: regular use of AI tools to draft status and updates; accountable for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client engagements, including timelines and budgets.
• Lead project planning, estimation, and scoping with Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across internal and client teams to stay on time and quality.
• Coordinate staffing for accounts with the practice lead and flag capacity issues early.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Run delivery governance: status reporting, steering updates, sprint and milestone reviews.
• Create and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, RAID logs, and resource plans.
• Track financial performance against forecast and keep deliverables current.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and protect satisfaction.
• Surface expansion opportunities to Sales; no sales quota or book of business.
• Follow firm delivery processes and suggest improvements.
