Job summary

Data Meaning is hiring a mid-level Delivery Manager to own day-to-day delivery of client engagements from kickoff through close. You will typically run two to four concurrent projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client communication, and keep internal teams and client stakeholders aligned.

This is a fully remote role in the United States. The right profile has about five to eight years of experience, including real time as a delivery or project manager on consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience.
• 3–5 years as a project or delivery manager on client engagements.
• Consulting or professional-services background strongly preferred.
• Proven success coordinating more than one engagement simultaneously.
• Strong command of delivery fundamentals: estimation, planning, budgeting, RAID, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience tracking project financials (budget vs. forecast, margin, utilization).
• Familiar with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com) and hybrid delivery approaches.
• AI fluency: using AI tools to draft status, summarize meetings, and organize docs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations; typical load is 2–4 projects.
• Lead project planning, estimation, and scoping with Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across teams to keep delivery on time and quality.
• Staff accounts with the practice lead; raise capacity and utilization issues early.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Run delivery governance: status reporting, steering updates, sprint and milestone reviews.
• Create and maintain roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, and resource plans.
• Track budgets and project financials against forecast.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and protect satisfaction.
• Surface expansion opportunities to Sales; no sales quota.
• Follow firm delivery processes and look for practical improvements.
