Job summary

Cryptio is seeking a Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Delivery team. You will work directly with enterprise clients on data ingestion, balance reconcilations, and missing data volumes during implementation, communicating in external Slack channels and partnering with Enterprise Success Consultants.

This role rewards meticulous data work, Excel fluency, and comfort with AI tools. You’ll investigate root causes, document findings, and drive clear, actionable requests across teams to keep

Qualifications

• Strong data analyst instincts to investigate problems independently.
• Proficient with Excel and large, messy datasets.
• Fluency with AI tools to speed up investigations.
• Clear, precise communicator in client Slack channels or handoffs.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or client-facing roles ensuring data accuracy.
• Able to manage competing priorities without losing detail.
• Background in reconciliation, digital assets, or scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in external Slack during data ingestion, drive investigations and reconcile balances.
• Analyze large client datasets to identify discrepancies and root causes.
• Support delivery workflows as a specialist for data issues.
• Assist Advisory with recurring reconciliation, data validation, and exception resolution.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up investigations and automate tasks.
• Turn open issues into clear, scoped requests with context.
• Keep documentation up to date with notes and handoffs.
• Surface blockers early and coordinate across teams.
