• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts across Army and Navy markets, including diverse platforms and commands.
• Develop winning capture plans, differentiators, and customer messaging.
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring alignment with requirements and cost competitiveness.
