Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Capture Manager to lead winning capture strategies across Army and Navy programs, shaping proposals and teaming plans to drive mission-ready solutions. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, validation gates, and competitive analysis to position SAIC for high-value contracts.

You will manage enterprise-scale captures with proven wins, travel to targeted locations, and close alignment with customer visions, while delivering impact on national defense initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading captures and securing large programs with multiple $50M+ wins.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types, and payment methods.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary capture teams in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated business development acumen and achieving capture quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts across Army and Navy markets including C5ISR, Aviation, Missiles & Fires, and more.
• Develop and implement winning capture plans, tailoring to customer needs and messaging.
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring compliance and high quality submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage gate reviews and strategy checkpoints.
