Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Proven success leading captures with at least three $50M+ wins.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract types.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary capture teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exemplary business development acumen with meeting/chieving capture quotas.

• Lead capture efforts across Army and Navy markets, including multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement winning capture plans, win themes, differentiators, and messaging.
• Oversee proposal development with cross-functional technical, pricing, and contracts teams.
