Responsibilities

• Manage capture efforts across Army and Navy markets including C5ISR, Aviation, Missiles & Fires, Surface and Subsurface Systems, NIWC LANT, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, CENTCOM.
• Develop and implement winning capture plans with win themes and differentiators.
• Lead cross-functional capture teams and staffing aligned to opportunities.
• Engage customers and shape procurement approaches with key stakeholders.
• Oversee technical and cost proposal development for quality and compliance.
• Lead internal gate reviews, pricing reviews, and capture process optimization.
