Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a remote Part 145 - Defense Sales Manager with 5+ years in aerospace/defense sales and strong sam.gov access. The role requires US citizenship or a green card and permits ~40% travel for trade shows and visits. Proximity to a major airport is preferred.

Candidates should understand FAA Part 145, FAR/DFARS, and have established DoD or government defense relationships. Remote work with travel to government sites and defense customers is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace, defense, aviation aftermarket, or military sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145, FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Existing relationships within DoD, military aviation, or government sustainment organizations and international defense/Foreign Military Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell to government agencies and military operators across agencies.
• Drive business development and improve pipeline activity in defense sectors.
• Develop and execute defense growth strategies across multiple platforms and customers.
• Support customer demand and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
