Job summary

Duroair Technologies Inc. seeks aTechnical Sales & Business Development Representative with 5+ years in the military, aerospace, MRO, or cleanroom industries.

This remote, field-based role covers the USA; you will identify and grow accounts across the A&D supply chain, engaging with engineering, quality, and procurement stakeholders. Ideal candidates have hunter mentality, technical credibility, and the ability to engage confidently with engineering and operations teams to close deals and build

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales or business development in coatings, dust control, cleanroom products, or related industrial sector with direct A&D exposure.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads across the A&D MRO supply chain including defense OEMs and prime contractors.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Duroair solutions for contamination control, surface prep, and coatings.
• Deliver technical presentations and clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, managing the full cycle from first contact to proposal and approval.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering, quality, and procurement contacts for ongoing support.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance, including MIL-SPEC/AMS compliance.
• Attend trade shows and supplier days to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
• Maintain pipeline records, quotes, and forecasts in CRM; prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align customer needs with offerings.
