Davies North America is hiring a Client Accounting Manager (Remote) to lead the Claims Accounting Department and ensure efficient, accurate daily operations. You will collaborate with Operations Leaders and HR, prepare client financial statements, and work with auditors.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting and supervisory experience, a degree in accounting or CPA, and strong Excel/Word skills. Remote position with comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or CPA required.
• 5-7 years of accounting and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent customer service and supervisory skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Claims Accounting Department to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Partner with Operations Leaders and HR to manage workflows and performance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client financial auditors and present statements at client board meetings.
• Oversee AR/AP transactions, invoicing, cash receipts, vouchers, and entries.
• Maintain provider databases and W-9 collection and verification.
• Manage client bank account funding and daily fund review.
• Develop and update Excel reports and reporting tools for decision making.
