Job summary

ICCU in the Greater Seattle area is seeking a Dealer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong connections with auto and RV dealerships. You will travel locally to present ICCU’s products, manage issues promptly, and report on progress to grow business with the dealers.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation and sales skills, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. A driving position with a company vehicle is provided.

• Sales experience with dealerships preferred.
• Professional appearance and independence are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with auto and RV dealerships in the designated area.
• Resolve issues between dealerships and ICCU quickly and professionally.
• Report on dealership performance and growth efforts.
• Coordinate with the buy center to communicate specials and staffing changes at dealerships.
• Research and recruit new dealerships.
• Support other Business Development team members when needed.
