Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to help dealer partners sell more cars and trucks through financing more customers. The role involves educating dealers in the assigned area, acquiring new contacts, managing sales activities, and ensuring quality delivery of products and services.

This is a full-time field role with travel in the local market. You will train dealers, grow the dealer base, and maintain strong communication to support funding timelines and program knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• 1-2 years’ sales experience with proven success.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation skills from creation to delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products and services to management within dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow-up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partners within independent and franchise networks.
• Maintain effective communication via phone and in-person visits to train on programs and funding requirements.
• Assist with vehicle loan solutions and approvals.
• Develop, maintain and update sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealerships.
