Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to grow partnerships with dealer networks and drive car financing opportunities. This remote-on-the-road role requires educating and training current and new dealer partners in the assigned area, managing accounts, and advancing Westlake programs.

The position emphasizes consultative sales, field travel, and strong collaboration with dealerships to fuel growth and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales is required.
• 1–2 years in a Sales role with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with dealer partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products and services to management in dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contacts among assigned dealer accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity with dealers.
• Develop and grow current and potential dealer partners in independent and franchise networks.
• Communicate via phone and in-person visits to train dealers on programs and funding requirements.
