Job summary

CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to support the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on Falcon Flex deal structures, ensuring revenue policy compliance and enabling scalable deal execution.

You will drive ARR growth and guide cross-functional reviews to approvals, leveraging Salesforce CPQ to streamline processes. You will also analyze terms, margins, and operational considerations, working with Sales,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms; strong spreadsheet-based modeling and data analysis.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Strong analytical abilities, sound commercial judgment, and proactive deal-roadblock resolution.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to summarize complex deal details for leadership.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deal Advisory: guide Falcon Flex deal structure, policy compliance, and governance.
• Lifecycle Management: support new customer acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals across the Americas Enterprise segment.
• Approvals & Governance: review and process end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests with compliance and guardrails.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and regional field teams.
• Non-Standard Transactions: guide non-standard deal terms through cross-functional review channels.
• Financial Modeling: conduct modeling to evaluate terms, margins, and operational considerations.
• Stakeholder Communication: track deal status and risks for sales leadership.
• Process Execution & Improvement: partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to optimize Salesforce CPQ.
