Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to support Falcon Flex deals across the Americas Enterprise segment. You will guide deal structure, ensure policy compliance, and drive scalable, disciplined deal execution with cross‑functional teams.

The role focuses on lifecycle management, approvals, financial modeling, and stakeholder communications to enable CrowdStrike ARR growth and mature the Falcon Flex program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales ops, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms; strong spreadsheet‑based modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deal Advisory: guide regional account teams on Falcon Flex structure, policy compliance, and governance.
• Lifecycle Management: support acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals across Americas Enterprise.
• Approvals & Governance: review end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests with compliant workflows.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliances, and regional field teams.
• Non-Standard Transactions: guide non-standard terms through cross-functional review and approval channels.
• Financial Modeling: perform financial modeling to evaluate terms, margins, and operational impacts.
• Stakeholder Communication: clearly report deal status, risks, and recommendations to regional leaders.
• Process Execution & Improvement: partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to enhance processes in Salesforce CPQ.
